machine with your legs straight,

Step 2:

Raise your heels upwards until

heels resting off the footpad in

If you don't have access to the seated calf raise machine then you can sit in a chair and place your feet on a block with your heels off it.  Rest a barbell on your upper legs as you perform the same calf workouts and calf exercises.
